    What happens after I buy?

    Sign in or register before checkout. Your purchase is a forum membership that gives you access to private downloads. Once payment is confirmed, your download page and setup instructions become available.

    Where can I check availability?

    Check the status page before buying. We work to update products as soon as possible and compensate affected members if downtime lasts longer than expected.

    Can I get a refund?

    Contact us within 14 days of purchase. A refund may be issued if the software has not been downloaded, or if a technical issue prevented you from using it. Software that has been used is not refundable. We review download and usage records when assessing requests. For refund questions, contact us.

    Can I exchange my membership?

    If you bought the wrong membership and have not activated it, contact us about an exchange for one of equal or lower value. Other upgrades or downgrades are not available.

    Can I share my account or change PCs?

    Account sharing is not allowed, and each membership is limited to one PC. Additional HWID resets can be purchased; in some cases, support may grant a reset.
